S'engager dans la formation des maîtres à distance, un paradoxe ?

Abstract : One effect of the reform of teacher training is to introduce distance learning in Teacher Training Institutes. While distance teaching involves changing the practices and relationships with students, teacher’s trainers at the IUFM of Créteil want to get involved. This article describes how the dynamics of identity trainers converge with an institutional dynamic that generates more individualized training.
