Creation of new shapes for resonant microstrip structures by means of genetic algorithms

Abstract : A method for creating new shapes for resonant structures is presented. A full-wave spectral domain approach is used to analyse the structures under test. The technique makes effective use of a genetic algorithm to find new shapes for resonant structures.
