Coordonner les acteurs en conception. Le cas du projet des Bassins à flot à Bordeaux

Abstract : Many actors of urbanism call for a transformation of the urban production methods, including the cooperation between actors. This question is not a recent one. However, urban production context changes: private actors tend to play a more important part, which rises questions about the cooperation of the actors during the design of a project. The Bassins à flot case in Bordeaux highlights some evolutions of the urban production context. Among these topics, the rules in the relationships between private actors and public actors is a crucial one. The answer given to this issue is « l’Atelier des Bassins », driven by the public authority and the urban planner in charge of the project. It organizes the relationships between actors in the frame of the project. It deals with two logics: keeping a public control of the project and tackling the private actors.
