Ultra-compact sensor for diffuse correlation spectroscopy

Abstract : A bidimensional pixel CMOS detector array for parallel in-pixel demodulation and time-resolved correlation computation is presented. Optical signals can be processed at a rate higher than 10 000 samples per second with demodulation frequencies in the megahertz range.
