Methodological provisions in the construction of idiom resources

Methodological provisions are required for construction of resources describing idioms. The talk defines objectives of quality in terms of accuracy and coverage. It surveys, first, data- or computer-based provisions: corpus attestations, statistical analyses, golden-standard-based evaluation; and, second, human-based provisions: objective, introspective.
